About Me

If I’m fortunate to gain your trust and respect, I’d be grateful to be a part of your family’s life and help it grow by finding you the right home. I don’t take that responsibility and trust lightly.

Family has always been my anchor. For years, my career in the corporate restaurant industry kept me on the road constantly, and I know the real cost of missing the moments that matter - coaching soccer, baseball games, and just being present for my children.

Those years taught me that "home" isn't just a real estate asset. It's the home base for your family's life. Today, I prioritize work-life balance and genuine care, making sure my clients can focus on their families while I handle the heavy lifting of their transitions.

My move into real estate in March 2020 wasn't random. It came from watching the complexities I saw in the market - and living them myself. I went through my own divorce in 2011 and had to restructure everything. I saw how easily a family's equity can disappear with poor planning or hidden risks. I watched how emotional decisions in real estate can create long-term financial strain, especially when you're trying to balance your own future with helping your adult children. That's when I realized moving is a high-stakes financial decision that needs a protector, not just a salesperson.

I brought a senior corporate perspective to this industry, entering the field during a volatile global shift. What began as a career change quickly became a mission to provide the financial protection I wish I’d had during my own transitions. I’ve lived the downsizing journey myself and I’m currently watching my own children navigate the housing market from two different perspectives.

My daughter, 27, has successfully navigated her way into homeownership, while my son, a paramedic in Langley, is currently navigating the rental market. Most recently, I helped my wife’s son purchase his first condo in Abbotsford. Seeing all sides - the parent ready to simplify, the child who has secured their spot, and the child still working toward it - confirmed that my real job is protecting the family's legacy.

Today, I help empty nesters in the Fraser Valley who are ready to downsize while supporting their adult children's first home purchases. I've walked this exact path - the emotional weight of leaving a family home and the practical need for strata forensics to avoid budget-busting special levies. I guide you through a process that keeps you in control. This includes financial clarity analysis where we forecast your net-in-pocket cash and conservative growth projections. We use specific legal clauses so you're never forced to move until you've found a new home you love. Because I've lived this journey, I can guide you through yours with patience, a forensic eye for the numbers, and a plan that honors both your past and your future.

I love being a part of such an important stage in every family’s life. Helping families reach their real estate goals and having a meaningful impact in their lives is my “why” to the “why” I’m in this business.
